Prince Philip’s Alliance for Religion and Conservation (ARC) hailed Pope Francis’s climate change encyclical, as “something very extraordinary in the journey to link religions with conservation and conservation with religions.” Catholics make up one-sixth of the world’s populations, 1.2 billion people, and the Pope is urging them “to make real changes in their lifestyles, energy consumption, and moral and spiritual priorities,” the ARC stated on June 18; the encyclical “goes far beyond climate change and is a beautiful, deeply considered document taking us back to why everything exists and our human place within it, rather than our place outside it.”

Prince Philip set out to take over the world’s major religions for his Satanic Green policy 29 years ago, with the September 1986, founding of the “WWF Religion and Conservation Network,” at a special conference held in Assisi, Italy to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). Prince Philip’s top “religious” environmentalist operative, Martin Palmer took charge of the WWF “religious” project.

Palmer has dedicated his life to eradicating the Renaissance idea of “imago viva Dei,” Man in the living image of God. In his 1992 book, Coming of Age: An Exploration of Christianity and the New Age, Palmer denounced Christianity’s “deification of humanity and its products, science and industry, culminating in the revival of that most arrogant of statements, ‘Man is the measure of all things.'” Palmer railed against the assertion that “human beings are the pinnacle of evolution, the raison d’être of life, and that the American (and with it, the European) way of life—conquest, colonization, and exploitation—is nothing less than the way life and has always been.”

In April 1995, the WWF religious network was transformed into the Alliance of Religions and Conservation, at the “World Summit on Religion and Conservation,” held at the Windsor Castle, under the personal direction of Prince Philip and Palmer. Palmer assumed the chairmanship of the ARC, a post he still holds today.

Sixty representatives of nine world religions plus ecologists attended. In his address to the conference, Prince Philip called for “vital action” to protect the environment from “the dramatic increase in the world’s human population…. The key issue for the conservation of our natural environment is to find ways of protecting it from the consequences of the human population explosion.”

At a Dec. 12, 2014 ARC celebration at Buckingham Palace, Palmer fawned over his Satanic master:

“If we are going to be honest about ARC, ARC has been the success it is because His Royal Highness has believed in it; he loves what we do, he is amused by what we do, he is fascinated by what we do, he enjoys engaging with the people we engage with. And the fact that he wishes, at 93, to continue to play that role with ARC and with me, is, I think, the highest honor I could ever think of, and I believe its an enormous statement about why this foundation, this programme of working with the faiths and working with the sacred groups, has a very exciting future. It’s a future where we go back to doing what we do best, in order to make the world very different.”

Addressing the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras called on Europe to recognize that the center of gravity has decisively shifted from Europe to the BRICS and allied countries.  The few quotes that are now available from TASS, Britain’s Guardian, and other media indicate that Tsipras’s address must have been a bombshell.

“Why am I here, not in Brussels? I am here because I believe (Russia) has a big role to play,” Tsipras said in a speech that for sure will enrage his European “partners.”   “The world is different from what it used to be in the past. We, in Europe, have for long had an illusion that we are the hub of the universe in the literal sense; we considered ourselves to be the world center and continued to see and count exclusively on our nearest immediate entourage….

“Nevertheless, the planet’s economic center has already shifted from that place because newly emerging forces are coming to play a more vital role at the economic and geopolitical levels.” Noting that Russia’s global role was growing, he continued, “The G8 group and the growing significance of regional cooperation in Asia and G20; as well as increased cooperation among the BRICS countries indicate that a new economic world is being formed,” Tsipras said.

“The Eurasian Union, a new organization of regional integration, is a potential example of new sources for the production of wealth, benefits and economic might,” the Greek prime minister went on to say.

He called on the necessity to take on the challenge of fighting poverty, unemployment, and marginalization of various social groups that continue to exist.

“It should be taken into account that the center of gravity of global economic development is shifting, and all global challenges should be accepted with a glance to this fact. Consequently, the process of economic development will get faster,” Tsipras said.

The most urgent question for the Western world he said, according to TASS, should be whether it will be able to respond to contemporary challenges by spanning bridges of cooperation with the developing world or will the West remain committed to the old dogmas and will continue building walls around itself?

Tsipras described the Ukraine crisis as a new wound of instability in the heart of Europe. In his view, it is a bad sign for international relations.

“Instead of prosperity and economic cooperation, processes that are leading to war, militarization and imposition of sanctions have started in the region. It is a vicious circle, which should be broken as soon as possible,” Tsipras said, calling for implementation of the Minsk agreements for the Ukraine settlement.

“As all of you are aware, we are at the moment at the center of a storm of a whirlpool, but we live near the sea so we’re not scared of the sea. We are ready to go to new seas to reach new safe ports….

“The problem we are facing is deeply rooted in the process I have described. The EU should pursue its own path. The EU should go back to its initial principles of solidarity and social justice. Ensuring strict economic measures will lead us nowhere. The so-called problem of Greece is the problem of the whole European Union. With an obsession to policies of austerity that intensifies the recession, this is impossible. The problem does not bear the name Greece but Eurozone. The issue is whether the Eurozone will give ground to growth and to solidarity….

“The crisis in Ukraine has opened a new wound in the heart of Europe, a wound of instability. This is of course a very bad sign for international relations because instead of prosperity and economic cooperation in the region, we see processes leading to war, militarization, and the implementation of sanctions beginning and this vicious circle needs to end as soon as possible.”

Tsipras also said that Greece continues to be a pillar of stability and safety and seeks to become a cooperation bridge and hub of trade, cultural and financial exchanges on the crossroads of three continents. We will seek to become a cooperation bridge with traditional friends as Russia, and to develop cooperation with new friends.

Speaking at the Silk Road Economic Belt Cities International Forum in Yiwu, China, this week, Helga Zepp-LaRouche brought to the audience of several hundred foreign and Chinese guests the reality of the strategic situation facing the world. While the enthusiasm around the “One Belt, One Road” perspective was great, there was still a lack of understanding regarding the threat of the strategic situation, which is capable of totally torpedoing this project. The Forum was organized by the Renmin University’s Chongyang Institute of Financial Studies, Huanqiu.com (Global Times) and the Yiwu City People’s Government. The Forum was attended by leading Chinese scholars, a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People’s Congress, several ex-heads of state and numerous diplomats from many countries in the world along the Belt and Road as well as beyond.

Zepp-LaRouche had been asked to give her comments at a major forum on the European reaction to the “One Belt, One Road” project. She was introduced as the person who had first brought the idea of the Silk Road Belt into Europe. She began her comments by pointing to the danger of a financial collapse if the Troika forces a Greek state insolvency and an exit from the EU, pointing in particular to the trillions of dollars of derivatives linked to the debt.

“A chaotic collapse can be prevented only if the EU and European nations agree to convene a European debt conference in the tradition of the 1953 Debt Conference for Germany which laid the basis for the German miracle of the postwar period,” Zepp-LaRouche said.

She underlined the alternative policies associated with Alexander Hamilton, which had been implemented in the creation of the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau and the industrial banking tradition of Hermann Abs and Alfred Herrhausen for reconstructing the Germany economy.

She pointed to the essential role of Germany in any revival of the European economy and underlined the tremendous damage which had been done to the German economy by the sanctions imposed on Russia under U.S. fiat. She noted that there were important forces in Germany, including two former prime ministers who were opposing the disastrous measures taken at the last G7 meeting. “Some of these leaders realize that the German economy itself is as much the target of the geopolitical confrontation against Russia and are looking for a way to overcome this dilemma,” she said.

Zepp-LaRouche urged the upcoming summit of the European Fund for Strategic Investment, which will be attended by China’s Premier Li Keqiang, become a venue for co-financing the New Silk Road. She underlined the notion of infrastructural investment corridors as the focus of the new transportation grids being built in order to raise the productivity and the living standards of the peoples along the Road and Belt, pointing to the Ruhr region and high-tech industrial centers like Baden-Württemberg and Rhein-Main as examples of what can be developed along the route. She referred to the work done by the Schiller Institute and EIR in developing this concept with a graphic of the front page of the latest EIR report “The New Silk Road becomes the World Land-Bridge.” Zepp-LaRouche ended her speech with a quote from Gottfried Leibniz’ Novissima Sinica where Leibniz speaks about the two poles of the Eurasian continent which must join hands, which would allow every country and every region in between to be uplifted.

The reaction was electrifying, both among her fellow panelists, who were from Kazakhstan, Spain, Poland, Ukraine, and China as well as from the audience. During the Q&A there was a discussion of the need for a new financial architecture, with Zepp-LaRouche underlining the strategic importance of the new principles of finance underlying the AIIB and the BRICS New Development Bank. Many people came up to Zepp-LaRouche after her presentation to talk with her and to examine the report.

On the first day of the conference, there had also been a panel with EIR Washington correspondent Bill Jones on the Belt and Road and the New Shape of International Trade, where Jones underlined  the unique importance of the Belt and Road at the present moment in history as a way of overcoming the present financial and strategic crisis engulfing Europe and the United States, and the need for overcoming the present geopolitical sabotage  of the Obama Administration in order to  bring the United States into a positive collaborative relationship with China around the Belt and Road and working for the common aims of mankind. Some of the Chinese scholars expressed pessimism that the U.S. policy  would change, which gave Jones the opening for really explaining the disaster occurring in the United States and the underlying economic need for a new direction in the U.S. Later in the day at a third panel, the CFR’s Ariella Viehe would give a  lame-brained argument that the U.S. really had a “New Silk Road policy” and that this policy would be complementary to China’s Belt and Road. During the discussion in the CFR panel, the Schiller delegation had the opportunity to expose the totally political nature of Obama’s “trade initiative” and its failure to even pass the hurdle of the United States Congress. This also led to a discussion about the need for a new model of trade relations based on ‘fair’ rather than ‘free’ trade.

Both Zepp-LaRouche and Jones were interviewed by the local Yiwu TV channel, with portions of the interview reportedly taken up by CCTV nationally, which broadcasts to over 100 million people.

This question, posed in an editorial by Liliana Gorini, chairwoman of Movisol, LaRouche’s movement in Italy, has been picked up in the last four days by five Italian blogs and one online daily, Imola Oggi, which reprinted the editorial in full under the headline “Putin Offers Italy a Way Out Of the Economic Crisis: Cooperation with BRICS.” The editorial refers to the joint press conference by visiting Russian President Vladimir Putin and Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi last week at the Milan EXPO, where Putin said that Italy lost EU1 billion because of the sanctions policy against Russia, and that there are “other formats” than the G7, “a club we do not belong to, for example BRICS.”

The editorial proposes that both Greece and Italy leave the euro and join the BRICS instead, particularly since the Europe of the Troika has shown its true, inhuman face in closing the borders to Italy, starting with France, in order not to let any refugee in, and leaving Italy and Greece alone to face the emergency. So much for “egalitè et fraternité” and so much for Schiller’s “alle Menschen werden Brüder.”

The mood of the Italian population towards this Europe of the banks and of genocide is indicated by the fact that, for the first time since the new Movisol website started, the editorial on joining the BRICS has been viewed on Facebook by almost 60,000 people, shared by 1,000, and 20,000 on the website; and reprinted by five blogs and one daily.

A reader also wrote to one of the best known Italian talk shows on TV La7, “La Gabbia,” asking them to talk about the BRICS and its New Development Bank in their show.

In a major development, Greek Reporter, citing Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov, reported Tuesday that Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsirpas will have a working meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on June 19. The Greek premier will be in St. Petersburg to attend the three-day (June 18-20) St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), and ostensibly the meeting will take place on the sidelines of the forum.

The meeting is of great significance, since the EU, on behalf of the creditors, has exerted the heaviest pressures on Greece to bankrupt and destroy itself. Tsipras had earlier received a formal invitation from the Russian government to join the BRICS New Development Bank, and it was reliably reported that this topic would be discussed during Tsipras’s visit to SPIEF. Now, it turns out he will be meeting with Putin, as well as other with Russian representatives.

Besides the urgent issues of the day, Greece and Russia are linked by long historical, cultural, and religious ties. According to the posting in the Hellenic Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs website today, “contacts between the two countries are frequent and include reciprocal visits of the ministerial and political leadership… There is a Joint Inter-ministerial Committee between the two countries on issues of economic, industrial, scientific and technological cooperation… There are also broad prospects for cooperation in the cultural sector, and by joint decision of the two sides, 2016 will be a Year of Greece in Russia and a Year of Russia in Greece.”

The prestigious St. Petersburg International Economic Forum has attracted thousands of important participants this year, despite the efforts of the Obama administration to isolate Russia internationally. Most recently U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt, Victoria Nuland’s errand boy, called on American corporations to not participate in SPIEF. India’s Modi government has announced that Nirmala Sitharaman, India’s State Minister for Commerce and Industry, will lead the Indian delegation. Her objective will be to increase India-Russia trade to advance the intent expressed in the Joint Statement issued by President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in December 2014. China’s delegation to SPIEF will also be the largest ever.

According to a senior Washington, D.C. source, President Obama and his top White House aides spent the weekend contemplating their next move, after Congressional Democrats slaughtered the President on his free trade agenda, by voting down the Trade Adjustment Authority (TAA) by a bipartisan 90 vote majority.  Obama, who, in the words of Lyndon LaRouche, is behaving like a “suicide bomber” personality, in plunging forward, refusing to accept defeat, has been presented with two options, both of which are losers.  He can modify the TAA to satisfy all Republican demands, effectively wiping out any workers benefits, and go for a strictly partisan victory, with almost exclusively GOP votes; or he can rewrite the TAA to satisfy angry Democrats and risk consolidating Republican opposition.  Either way, the source acknowledged, the chances of winning over enough votes to pass the modified bill are slim.

Furthermore, the source emphasized, if Obama goes with the GOP-only option, this will finish off any cooperation from Congressional Democrats, who are already in revolt—at long last—against a President who has acted like a Wall Street Republican from the day he took office.  Every Democratic Presidential candidate—even Hillary Clinton—would run away from Obama as fast as possible.

Nevertheless, as LaRouche warned, Obama is in such an enraged, crazed state of mind that he can be expected to make serious blunders.  The same danger of manic, deranged flight forward by Obama is also visible on the issue of thermonuclear confrontation with Russia and China—and that is where the real danger lies.  LaRouche emphasized that, with Obama, these psychological factors cannot be ignored.

Former Philippine Sen. Kit Tatad, who served as President Ferdinand Marcos’ Minister of Information in the 1970s and served in the Senate in the 1990s, strongly conveyed to his nation the warnings issued by Lyndon LaRouche that Barack Obama and Angela Merkel have brought the world to the brink of thermonuclear war against Russia and China, and that Philippine President B.S. Aquino was serving as Obama’s tool in the military encirclement of China, threatening both the destruction of the Philippines and the annihilation of much of the world’s population.

In an op-ed in the June 14 Manila Times, Sen. Tatad wrote that under Aquino, “we now stand on the brink of a possible war against China. We are being made to believe it is something we should welcome, because we would be fighting with American and Japanese troops, ships, planes, missiles and guns.” He shows that China would never start such a war, but that Aquino might, serving as Obama’s patsy.

Tatad reports in detail on the Merkel/Obama demonization of Putin, the movement of weapons, troops, and even nuclear cruise missiles close to the Russian border, but also on opposition to Obama’s moves against both Russia and China from within the US military.

He then reports: “Obama’s critics see him and his closest NATO allies as the real threats to world peace. They see him and Merkel as the primary engine of the campaign to start a war with Russia that could automatically draw in China, once the missiles start flying.

“In America, this thesis is championed by the 93-year-old Lyndon LaRouche of Leesburg, Virginia, a Quaker educated in the classics, who has run for president in each of the U.S. presidential elections from 1976 to 2004, and foresaw the trans-Atlantic economic collapse long before it came. He suggests that at the behest of London, Obama is pushing for a thermonuclear war that could prove terminal.

“The main objective, in his view, is the depopulation of the planet. This is consistent with the statement famously attributed to Prince Philip, that upon his death he would like to be reincarnated as a virus in order to shrink the population to less than a billion people.”

Senator Tatad then enumerates the nuclear weapons capacities in the world, capable of “Killing mankind 200 times over,” concluding: “In the face of this intense rivalry between China and the U.S., we have to make them see that we are friends to both, and that we have our own self-interests to defend and protect rather than theirs. It is only by talking that we can communicate this.”
