Do not believe a word of what you are hearing from President Obama and the FBI about a “final review” of the still-classified 28 pages from the original Joint Congressional Inquiry into 9/11. They have no intention of releasing those pages, which are a damning indictment of the entire Anglo-Saudi Monarchy, which engineered the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, killing 2,977 innocent Americans.
President Obama is complicit after the fact in the cover-up of the most heinous crime committed on American soil. Nothing short of immediate impeachment and criminal prosecution is sufficient. The same is true for the top leadership of the Federal Bureau of Investigations, starting with former FBI Directors Robert Mueller and Louis Freeh, who played personal and active roles in the cover-up and protection of the British and Saudi network that orchestrated the attacks.
This is not a matter of speculation. The 28 pages from the original Joint Inquiry present an indictment of top Saudi officials, including then Ambassador to the United States, Prince Bandar bin-Sultan. Prince Bandar, a self-professed British agent, was paid for his role in the Al Yamamah British-Saudi arms for oil barter deal with more than $2 billion in kickbacks. Some of those funds, transferred from the Bank of England accounts of the British Ministry of Defense’s Defense Exports Support Office (DESO) to Prince Bandar’s personal account at Riggs National Bank in Washington, were passed along to two of the 9/11 hijackers through a Saudi intelligence officer. This is but a small part of what is contained in the 28 pages.
This is the tip of the iceberg. As Lyndon LaRouche first warned in January 2001, the Bush-Cheney administration was looking for a “Reichstag fire” incident to use as an excuse to rip up the Constitution and go for dictatorship. The British-Saudi apparatus ran the operation.
The 28 pages from the Joint Inquiry were classified by President Bush, and President Obama has kept them classified for the past nearly eight years. Obama is desperate to protect the British and their Saudi assets, and he will do everything he can to refuse to release the 28 pages. A document released last summer from the files of the 9/11 Commission—“Document 17”—adds further urgency to the declassification. It provides added details about the Saudi top-down role, and details a vicious FBI cover-up of the efforts to get to the truth about 9/11.
The Obama White House strategy is to stall any decision until the momentum for declassification of the 28 pages has died down. President Obama is personally guilty of covering up the authorship of the worst terrorist attack to ever take place on US soil. That is an impeachable crime. He cannot be allowed to get away with this. The 9/11 families deserve justice and full disclosure of the British-Saudi-FBI-Bush complicity. The very survival of the United States as we know it hangs in the balance.
Do not fall for the Obama and FBI stalling game. Demand the immediate release of the 28 pages and the launching of a new, top-down investigation into the actual authors of the 9/11 attacks. If you want to defeat ISIS and end the threat of jihadist terrorism throughout the globe, indict the British and the Saudis by releasing the 28 pages.
Congress should pass the JASTA—Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act—and President Obama should be removed from office before he follows through on his pledge to the British and Saudi monarchies that he will veto the bill, which would allow the 9/11 families to sue the Saudi Monarchy for the crimes of Sept. 11, 2001.
This is a showdown moment, and you must personally weigh in to demand the release of the 28 pages now! Don’t allow the Obama stall game to perpetuate the cover-up of the British-Saudi crimes of 9/11.

An important step forward in Kenya’s nuclear plans took place on April 21, when the UN’s International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) presented the government with a review of its nuclear application, known as the Integrated Nuclear Infrastructure Review. The review judges many factors needed to build nuclear plants, and makes recommendations to the applicant, to enable it to meet the international standards.
“Kenya should utilise nuclear power for it to become a middle-income country in the future,” said Mikhail Chudakov, the visiting IAEA Deputy Director General.
“Let me reiterate the ministry’s unwavering support and encouragement for the nuclear power program,” said Energy Cabinet Secretary Charles Keter, in a prepared statement. Kenya has announced plans to have its first nuclear power plant by 2027. The only power-producing nuclear plant on the continent today, is in South Africa.
While in Nairobi, the IAEA’s Chudakov told Xinhua that over 30 African nations are considering introducing nuclear power. “We have already conducted [IAEA review] missions in Morocco, Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa.” A review will be conducted in Ghana next year, he said.
“Increasing populations and expanding economic growth is [sic] fueling demand for additional power,” said Chudakov. “Africa should join the club of developed countries that have used nuclear energy to meet electricity needs for their industries and households.”
Fresh from his tune-up with the British and Saudi monarchies, President Obama delivered a lengthy speech Monday morning at the Hannover industrial fair, in which he:
* Threatened Russia: “Russian aggression has flagrantly violated the sovereignty and territory of an independent European nation, Ukraine… And it seems to threaten the progress that’s been made since the end of the Cold War.”
* Rejected European demands for an end to sanctions against Russia: “I want good relations with Russia… but we need to keep sanctions on Russia in place until Russia fully implements the Minsk agreements.”
* Demanded that Europe cough up more money for his war policy: “Every NATO member should be contributing its full share—2% of GDP—towards our common security.”
* Praised the genocidal policies of the IMF and World Bank: “International financial institutions like the World Bank and International Monetary Fund promote prosperity for all peoples.”
* And then ran off the rails altogether: “We are fortunate to be living in the most peaceful, most prosperous, most progressive era in human history… More people live in democracies. We’re wealthier and healthier and better educated, with a global economy that has lifted up more than a billion people from extreme poverty, and created new middle classes from the Americas to Africa to Asia.”
Obama put the icing on the cake in the afternoon, after his brief summit with the heads of state of Germany, the U.K., France and Italy. Italian President Renzi stated that “Barack Obama said he was willing to commit NATO assets to block the traffic in human beings and the people smugglers” off the Libyan coast in the Mediterranean.
China’s first National Space Day was celebrated on Sunday, with President Xi Jinping instructing scientists and engineers to “seize the strategic opportunity and keep innovating to make a greater contribution to the country’s overall growth and the welfare of mankind.” He continued: “In establishing Space Day, we are commemorating history, passing on the spirit, and galvanizing popular enthusiasm for science, exploration of the unknown, and innovation, particularly among young people.”
More than 1,000 scientists, soldiers, and students participated in events at the Jiuquan launch center, where 60 years ago on this date, China launched its first satellite. CCTV is airing feature stories on aspects of the space programs contributions to science and technology, and reviewing China’s broad-ranging plans for manned, lunar, and Mars exploration.
An English-language translation of yesterday’s press conference with China National Space Administration Director Xu Dazhe has been made available by the State Council Information Office. A few notable points:
Discussing international cooperation, Xu reported that China “proactively promotes the construction of the ‘Belt and Road’ Space Information Corridor, and the construction of a remote satellite constellation together with the BRICS countries.” He also mentioned that 30 nations had sent congratulations to China on its first National Space Day. “We hope that the establishment of the national day will become an important carrier for developing astronautics, a key platform for space education, scientific exploration and innovation, and a window for the rest of the world to better understand China’s space industry,” Xu said.
He was asked by China Space News about a concern of China’s founding space scientist, Qian Xuesen, (who was sent back to China in 1955 under the McCarthyite accusation of being a spy, and went on to establish China’s rocket and missile program) about the need to “nurture outstanding talent.” Xu responded that China has an “untapped potential,” of young people. He said that Qian, who died in 2009 at the age of 97, “gave us encouragement. He believed that the young generation is working harder and doing better than his generation.” But, “we must allow people to try new things and make mistakes,” Xu added.
The only hostile question at Xu’s press conference was, predictably, from Reuters, whose reporter asked about the supposed lack of “transparency” in the Chinese space program, which “might contain military implications.”
Xu responded simply that “space resources can serve national security and the economy, and, therefore, we integrate military and civil development into our strategy. We use space resources for preserving world peace and safeguarding China’s national defense; this is an understandable pursuit.” Pointing out that, “on this subject, China is more and more open,” he specified, “I hope our friends in the United States will notice this, so that we may cooperate with our American colleagues in developing astronautic technologies.”

Every Saturday LPAC’s Manhattan Project hosts a live Q&A Town Hall meeting between Lyndon LaRouche and activists in New York.
In lead editorials Friday tipping the balance further toward forcing release of the secret “28 pages” over Obama’s opposition, both the New York Times and USA Today pulled back from attacking Obama’s threat to veto JASTA, the Justice Against Supporters of Terrorism Act now in the Senate. The Obama White House is twisting arms hard against passage in the Senate next week, claiming that recognizing sovereign immunity of other countries from lawsuits is essential to U.S. national security.
But this claim was blown up in plain sight in Washington this week, when the Supreme Court, in a 6-2 decision written by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, upheld a 2012 law, a virtual earlier copy of JASTA, which Obama signed! The difference: The 2012 law was passed to compel courts to allow survivors of terrorist actions to win financial compensation from Iran; whereas JASTA does not name any country specifically, but is furiously opposed by Saudi Arabia.
As JASTA sponsor Sen. Charles Schumer of New York has insisted, no “boomerang” lawsuits against the United States, or U.S. officials, have resulted since the 2012 law against Iran was passed and signed.
But to the point, Obama was not only happy to sign the anti-Iran “JASTA” law, but pushed for it, and his administration seized accounts of Iran in the United States in part so that terrorism victims’ survivors could get access to them.
In that case, the terrorist acts alleged to be Iran’s responsibility, included the 1983 bombing of U.S. Marine barracks in Lebanon, attributed to Hezbollah and claimed to be at Iran’s direction. The current, actual JASTA legislation by Senators Schumer and Corzyn is intended to allow suits against Saudi Arabia, by survivors and families of victims of the 9/11 attacks in New York and Washington, to go ahead. It limits its reference only to “acts of terrorism committed on U.S. soil” for which other nations are charged with responsibility.
Obama shows himself in this, as in everything, a hypocrite and apologist for the British/Saudi policy of international “permanent war” and terrorism.
