Why Are We In Afghanistan? It is long past time for someone in the shithole known as Washington to tell us why Americans have been killing and dying in Afghanistan for 17 years. Is it to steal the country’s minerals? Is it to control the location of pipelines? Is it to keep American taxpayers money…

Scientists say an eruption could take place without warning, and if it does, it could kill as many as 100 million people and trigger a ‘volcanic … Continue reading

“Enough is enough!” “This can’t go on!” “This has to stop!” These were among the comments that came through the blizzard of commentary after the massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Broward County. We have heard these words before. Unfortunately, such atrocities are not going to stop. For the ingredients that produce such slaughters are present and abundant in American society. And what can stop a man full of hate, who has ceased to care about his life and is willing to end it, from getting a weapon in a country of 300 million guns and killing as … Continue reading

But there is a group of food that can trigger joint pain, gas, bloating, stomach cramping, and other digestive problems that you may not be aware of. Nightshade foods—also known as Solanaceae—include peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, and paprika. These foods are high in nutrients and are a good part of a balanced, nutritious diet. But for some, consuming these foods can lead to nasty side effects. Because nightshade foods are typically considered healthy, many of us don’t point to them as the culprit of our digestive distress. … Continue reading
