Centre for Climate Change Economics and Policy plagiarised rival’s work to grab £9 million of taxpayer cash

A leading UK university, the Centre for Climate Change Economics and Policy, headed by peer Nick Stern has been caught passing off rivals work as it’s own in order to gain £9 million of taxpayer money to forward it’s own climate change agenda, it has been revealed.
Lord Stern was the author of the Stern review into climate change.
